Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices, and must not be labeled, marketed, resold or used as such.

The statements made within this website have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Our website and products are only available to buyers who:

• Are 21 years of age or older
• Represent a legitimate research organization, institution or business
• Are qualified personnel trained in handling research chemicals, or purchase on behalf of such personnel
• Have appropriate laboratory facilities and equipment to store, handle and dispose of research materials safely

When the site opens, every visitor must confirm that:

• I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age.
• I confirm that I am a researcher and that the products on this site are for research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

You must sign in or create an account before checkout. New accounts must confirm their email address through the link we send, and checkout stays closed until the email is confirmed. We may ask for additional information about you or your organization at any time, and we may suspend or close an account at our discretion.

When creating an account, every buyer must tick each of these boxes:

• I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age.
• I am a researcher, and I will use these products for lawful laboratory research only.
• I understand these products are for research use only and are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment or consumption.
• I agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Research Use Only Policy.

An account cannot be created without these confirmations.

You may not purchase, use, resell or distribute our products:

• For human or animal use of any kind, including personal use
• As drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements, or for compounding into any of these
• In violation of any federal, state, local or international law or regulation
• On behalf of anyone who does not meet the eligibility requirements above

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to suspend or close any account, where there is any indication that products may be used outside this policy — including statements, questions or reviews that refer to personal or human use. Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method.

Nothing on this website, in our packaging or from our support team is medical advice. We do not provide dosing, administration or usage guidance of any kind, and we will not answer questions about use in humans or animals.

The buyer is solely responsible for the safe receipt, handling, storage, use and disposal of all products, following good laboratory practice and all applicable safety rules. Products must be kept out of reach of unauthorized persons and stored according to the label.

Buyers are responsible for knowing and complying with all laws and regulations that apply to the purchase, import, possession and use of research materials where they are located, including any permits or licenses. We do not ship to destinations where we are not permitted to; see our Shipping Policy.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy and accept full responsibility for the use of all products purchased. SKO Compounds LLC is not liable for any use of its products outside this policy.
